The Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia (МCAA) has revised and approved  the Internal Labor Regulations in accordance with the Civil Aviation Law, the Law on the Legal Status of Government Agencies and other laws in relation to the adoption of the “Labor Law” (revised version) and started to  implement it  on January 1, 2022,

The working group which   approved by Order A / 131 of the Director on November 3, 2021,  developed a revised Labor Code, received feedbacks from labour unions,  units of  MCAA , and worked with lawyers of the industry . Within the amendments to the Labor Law, the regulation include new provisions that do not reduce the level reached by the previous Labor Code and do not worsen the legal status of employees. For instance, activities aimed at ensuring gender equality in the workplace have been implemented on a program basis, and night shifts additional salary for shift workers have been increased depending on working conditions. In addition, changes have been made in the calculation of the length of work at the time of retirement of the Civil Aviation Authority, its units and affiliates in the aviation industry, and increased the value of instructors of Aviation sector.
