ATSD provides air traffic and flight information service according to international and local standards and regulations, such as Civil Aviation Regulation-172 certified by “Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia, as well as providing tactical flight planning service in the airspace of Mongolia for 24 hours. Our vision is to be a leading air traffic service provider in the Region”. The followings are being provided:

• Area control service
• Approach control service
• Aerodrome control service
• Flight information service
• Alerting service
• Tactical flight planning service

Air Traffic Services Division is operating with the aim of “Becoming a leading air traffic service provider in the Region”.
The recent organizational structure of the Division, with a paper of №A/825 signed by the General Director of Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia on November 29, 2016, was set to run with following sections:
Administration and Human resource unit, Safety section, Quality assurance section, Procedure and documentation section, Training section, Tactical flight planning section, SAR and coordination section, Area control section, Aerodrome control section, Approach control section, Flight information section, Information technology section.
