UN aviation agency ICAO seeking designs and concepts for the future of flight from local girls and boys ages 6-to-18+

[INSERT YOUR LOCAL CITY and Date of Issuance] – The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and [INSERT YOUR STATE] announced the launch today of Aviation Innovation Competitions which will seek ideas (ages 6-12) concepts (ages 13-17) and prototypes (ages 18+) from the next generation of aviation innovators.

The three initiatives, managed under ICAO’s leadership and supported by [INSERT YOUR STATE]’s Civil Aviation Authority, are being launched in commemoration of the UN specialized aviation agency’s 75th anniversary later this year.

National and Regional winners will be highlighted to ICAO’s global aviation community through its digital content platforms, and grand prizes of $1000, $2000 and $5000 are being offered for the global winners in each category.
